Stylist Aisling Farinella is one of Ireland’s premier creative visionaries. If that sounds excessive (and Farinella, as modest as she is talented, would definitely think so) there are few more fitting ways to describe someone who – between styling for Image or Irish Tatler magazines and consulting on shows or commercial projects with clients including Absolut and the Design & Crafts Council of Ireland – is so integral to Irish fashion. You can usually find her brainstorming with photographers at Clement & Pekoe coffee shop, or browsing the racks at Havana Boutique. When she’s not on duty though, Farinella gets her nails done at Tropical Popical or steals away just enough time to catch a lunchtime screening at the Irish Film Institute. Here, she shares her insider’s guide to Dublin.
